Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Cornerstone Storage at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include account and rental notices, payment and billing reminders, gate-code or access updates, facility alerts, appointment or move-in/move-out reminders, customer-service replies, and occasional offers related to your storage account. Consent is not a condition of renting a unit or purchasing any good or service.

 

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive a few messages per month in a typical month, and more during active account events (move-in, payment issues, access changes, or support conversations).

 

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Cornerstone Storage does not charge a separate fee for these texts. Your wireless carrier may charge you under your plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

 

How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text, and we will send no further program messages to that number. To opt in again later, text START to the same number or complete a new opt-in on our website or at the facility.
